Going to be servicing my RS revs over the weekend and want to put an O-ring on the stanchion, so that I can see how much travel I'm using whilst riding. 32mm stanchions so would people say a 29/30mm o ring?

Just don't wash your bike so often. The tide mark will show how much travel you're using.

the one that came off an old HT2 bottom bracket tube did the trick for me, CBA to measure it, I just gave it a try.
