[Closed] numty head set question

Bottom bearing on my commencal meta 5 uk 2009 headset is grinding. been to Lbs but they say its not a stock item and although helpfull said it would take them a while to sourse the correct one. Ive been on the cane creek website and its a minefield. the headset has cane creek "is" or "1s" written on it and commencal written on the top. can anybody help or direct me to a web site where i can purchace the correct bearing. cheers

If you struggle to find it just get a new heaset?

Stick a hope or king on it and forget about it for a good few years.

That was my next move. but just seems a waste of cash buying whole new set when only bottom bearing is knackered.

More importantly "NUMTY" is spelt "NUMPTY" 🙂
