Whilst I still have a job I have just taken up the ride to work via cyclescheme - which is nice.....
Ive seen the bike I like and got a quote
Ive delivered the quote to HR and been approved
Ive been back to HR to sign the hire agreemant
And now Im just waiting for the voucher to arrive

The shop down the road, also in cyclescheme, have just announced their sale and a rather tasty new bike just pops into the range of my voucher, my original shop wont alter his price or deal
So my question is now Im just waiting for the voucher will it only be redeemable in the shop I got the quote from possibly even only on the bike I got quoted, or can take it to another shop as long as they are signed up to Cyclescheme?

I think you can take the value of your voucher to another shop - give the guys at cycleshceme a call they're really helpful - 01225 448933 - but I doubt that the other shop will sell you this bike at the sale price as shops are chaged 10% commission through the scheme - it will only be polite to let the LBS your intentions as they may have already bought the bike in for you and built it up.
