The wife suffers from really numb feet after turning the pedals for about mins or so, we have tried the body geometry shoes and insoles which seemed to help a little but its no cure, I'm just looking for some other ideas could trying another saddle help? Maybe using clip pedals would also be an idea ?
Any ideas welcome
cheers dibs

Shoes too tight?
Clipless allows you to pull as well as push which helps circulation.
seat too high / at the wrong angle?

as TJ say's, shoes too tight/small?, seat too high/far back? if they were clipless I'd say move the cleat back as well
