anyone running a hope bottom cup with a nukeproof mega with a tappered steerer??? Trying to avoid buying another crap nukeproof headset.

IF the parts fit there's no reason not to run mix and match headset uppers and lowers (assuming the bearings are opposing, which I think all are these days).

agreed, I am just trying to find a bottom cup that will fit the frame and a 1.5 tappered steerer tube

Just edited my post with tech detail from hope
I use the H cup with a tapered steerer and the intergrated top cup
Works well and a 3rd of the price of a Chris King
