[Closed] Nukeproof knee pad sizing?

Going by the sizing chart and measuring around my legs it looks like I'll be into an XL. Given that I'm normally never bigger than a medium in trousers / shorts I'm guessing that I'm measuring incorrectly or sizes of the openings on the knee pads is before it's done any stretching to fit?

Any pearls of wisdom you can offer?

I have mediums, and wear medium trousers and so on. I'm don't have chunky legs either... just medium! The pads are a little snug to begin with but they're still comfortable and loosen with up with a day's or even a few hours riding.

Reckon I'll give some mediums a go from crc then. Shame no where local sells them.

I've just had some from crc.
I measured my legs, the calf was top limit of large, the thigh bottom limit of medium. I ordered medium, they seem fine, although not actually ridden in them. If they do stretch they may be a bit loose on the thigh, but the claf is quite snug so should be fine... I hope.
