Doesn't say if they've acquired the IP though.

Just came here to post this after seeing it on my Google news - the MBR article, with interviews from the Belgian company makes it sound a really positive move, a proper desire to do things not just 'buy up a cheap brand'.
Hopefully some great new bikes from them in 26/27!
