I have one in my hands, It's very light indeed, and it's quite cheap.
Are they rubbish? (aside from the logos, which are obviously dreadful)

Put it on your bike and find out? Saddles are such a personal thing it's hard to say whether a particular one will work for you but I had one a while ago and it held together pretty well, it just didn't suit my arse as well as the Charge Spoon I have now.
