So, the new coalition government is looking to extend [i]part of[/i] the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 to cover England and Wales - the right for communities to buy land.

LR(S)A 2003 was the same act which codified the land access rights in Scotland. If ever there was an opportunity for the MTB and walking communities to assert their right to more access, it is now. Yes Mr "Man on the Clapham Omnibus", that means YOU!! Don't let's be reading any more GOML threads in a couple of years time!
