I recently purchased a pair of Wheels fitted with a rear Novatec boost D712 hub and need a Shimano freehub body, am I right in thinking it’s just a Shimano fit B2 freehub body?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you been on their e-shop site ? ( https://www.eshop.novatecwheels.eu/ )

If you can find your hub listed you can see what freehub it uses, or else contact them - they were really helpful when I did so a couple of years ago

Suggests it might be a B1

suggests B2....

I'd opt for one with the anti bite guard (ABG) though

The novatec site suggests B1 for older vesions of the 712SB, as scaredypants suggests, Novatec are really helpful if you email them.

Thanks for the help guys, i’ll Send an email off to Novatec tonight and see what they say, the hub shouldn’t be too old as it was originally fitted to a 2018 Chameleon.
