Thats one approach to an urban bike park. Maybe a few jumps will be added to liven it up.
They'll have to wait for the fence to be removed before cars can park on it, but other than that looks entirely normal to me. It's a bit short on give way to driveway markings but they can only work with what's there.
Not quite close enough to the shop doorways to really maximise youtube revenue for "cycle madness" vids. <disappoint>
