Anyone done the NI trail centres (Castlewellan, Rostrevor, Davagh Forest) in a long weekend from Stranraer or Larne?
Are they any good?
Is it worth the trip?
Is there a preferred order (logistically) in which to ride them?

Only one I've been on is Castlewellan, and then didn't have a good look around as was borrowing my father-in-laws hybrid (with toe clips)... seemed pretty fun from what I did... hoping to get my bike over at some point, but the rentals looked half decent.
There is also Tollymore between Castlewellan and Rostrevor, oh and Castle Ward for some gentle stuff.
I know a good holiday home close to the trail in Castlewellan if you are going as a group.... 🙄
