Its been mentioned on this forum in the past, but this July sees the innaugural North Pennines MTB Marathon.
July 19th, Garrigill, Cumbria.
A choice of 3 routes, each is basically one big ride in its own right.
Its being organised by the Tyne Valley MTB Club to raise funds for trail access and development, and to encourage tourism in the area.
