[#6362328]

currently using ESI grips, but in the heat of recent I find they lose all grip with sweaty hands.

I like the comfort of the ESI, they kinda feel a bit memory foam like when compared to other foam grips, and of course, they dont spin on the bars.

Don't tend to get on with lock on grips as the collars tend to get in the way of my gripshift, although in theory I guess I could just use one outboard collar when cutting the grips down?

Anyhow, looking for something that will stay like a grippy grip when damp, but be foam grip comfy.

help, before I go the hog and double wrap bar tape...

Go for some foams but wrap one or two layers of electrical tape around the bars before you fit them, that's always worked for me in the past!
Also, the comfiest grips in the world http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/foam_grips/trialtech_foam/c132p10443.html

er...wear gloves?

Anything (except maybe sandpaper) is going to be slippery with a layer of sweat on it. I was just thinking that my ESI grips were the least slippery grips I've ever used.

Ergon GA1s are quite good - and only one lock-on on the outside

not as 'foamy' as foam grips but still have a bit of give in em, especially on the palm (i got really bad pins and needles with my last foam grips - but not had a problem with these)

Sorry, should have said, I always wear gloves, short fingered ones. Not found any long fingered gloves that would keep me cool.

Thanks for the comments so far.
