Are they worth it.
How is durability
What are the sizes like.
Would i need 2.25 or 2.4 currently running Kenda 2.35.

They're on special at on-one if that helps you decide.

I like mine FWIW, but probably depends on what you're going to use them for.

I really like mine, great all round tyre.

Pretty light, fast and clear well. Size wise they are what they say on the tin

2.25 would be better on a 5 as the 2.4 are huge

Fast tyre but try not to ride anywhere near rocks and if your used to something grippy like Highrollers don't go around corners either

To be fair, the clayey mud we encountered was like nothing else! I'm not sure any tyre had a chance in that :]

I like them - they are light and grippy on most things but they are quite fragile on the side walls and will cut easily on rocks. They run well as Stan's/ghetto tubeless.

If you are after something faster rolling than your Blue Gr/Nev combo then the NN will fit the bill. Just don't expect them to grip the corners quite so tenaciously. I like mine in the UST guise and use them for racing in 2.1. A friend of mine has the 2.4 (with Stans conversion) on his Prophet and he loves them and he is no slouch on the downs. I personally have had no problems with the sidewalls and some of the stuff I ride is pretty rocky.

I don't like them - three punctures in two hours, including a front snakebite and a ripped sidewall, put me off.

Forgot to say that as a winter tyre they are pretty crap IMO.

2.4 only just fitted in the rear of my old Nomad, 2.25 is a big step down in size to the 2.4.

As a winter tyre they are epic! I have them on both my SS's and they give imense grip in snow and mud.

Best all-round tyre IMO, they're progressive, so they give a little, then grip when you really need them to. 2.4 UST on Stan's Flows is a deadly combo.

Only downsides are life-expectancy and price. Otherwise excellent.
Using these and RRs on the race bike. The two downsides mean I use them for racing only.

Life expectancy isn't great. I killed a pair here in 3 weeks. OK that was riding 5 days a week so average of 220km each week.

But still circa 700km isn't great for a pair of tyres that cost me the thick end of 90€.

On mine, the side knobs started to tear away from the casing 🙁

I have just fitted some to my 5 spot, went for 2.25 ust on my 819 rims...Was very impressed at llandegla today, way better than the ust fire xc's I had on during the summer...
On todays performance they are one of the best tyres I have ever used, although I am not expecting them to last long!

Still unsure.
Would I be better getting Maxxis High Roller 2.35 60a foldings.
I know these will not roll so fast but could sacrifice this for grip and durability.

I had (still have somewhere in garage)high rollers, but didn't get on with them, too slow for my liking and i just didn't like the feel. The Nobby Nic Evo is probably my favourite tyre. The HR were folding, i think 60??

Don't know if it helps but went from having a highroller on the front and ardent on the back for near enough 2 years to a big betty on the front and racing ralph on the back and I can't rate them enough. Best way to describe it is with the high roller you had to push it then it dropped in due to quite a square profile whereas the schwalbes are progressive and rounded, defo allow me to be smoother and maintain momentum rather that the brake hard throw it in mentality I was using before. Never once had em let go either( probs not trying hard enough)
