Really surprised Kirro has been cancelled, its been really busy the last 2 years I have been??

Thought as much too! Guess something has happened for them to cancel as I guess tehy were going to make a loss.

Great course at Kirro for the past few years!

I guess unless they have money up front they get very jittery with current state of the nation's finances.

It does seem very premature to consider cancelling events considering it's 3 or 4 months away to expect such a financial commitment from participants.

Could it be that they've spread themselves a little bit too thin?

When I last did a Three Ten event, they had those three plus maybe 2 or 3 other events on that year. Looking at their site they've got 13 events listed and they're not cheap to enter. While it's great to see them put on so many diverse events, and they do them really well, it may be that the more traditional events such as the Three Tens suffer as people gravitate towards some of the other options.
