Don't you just love it when something works out ๐Ÿ˜†

Got two of these in a 28.6mm size

and fitted them to my Raleigh.......sorted (and it looks suitably retrotastic). Just need to get another 2 for the other cage I want to fit

Thats what I was on about ,they look like The DMR chain guide clamps I used on a tandem

Ooo, tape or inner tube between the frame and the clamp please!

I use to use DMR chainguide clamps they were available as a spare at one point .Buy a pair and the bolt hole you mount the chain guide on gets used as a bottle cage mount .It's a nice hinged bracket in alloy it looks very tidy

See thats what I said on your other thread!!

and they dont need tape or inner tube ,you dont use it under a front mech do you?

Go Edric you did say that......They are DMR chain guide clamps and you can still get them as a spare

Not putting tape on tho as it'll look a bit w4nk and it's been powder coated so should be ok (clamp is 28.6mm and frame is 29mm so no space for tape or inner tube anyway)

Sorry I meant to say That I used them on my tandem.Glad they work it's a neat fix isn't it?
