Mate of mine is 9 1/2 stone and is going through nipples & spokes on his front & rear wheels (FSA XC-300's). He's not a heavy rider, just using for general XC stuff and a bit of road. Not as if he's doing huge drop off's or any thing.. Any Ideas..???

Poor quality or badly maintained wheels. I'm 16st+ and ride heavily on 717 rims with alu nipples and have no problem!
