I've had my Helius for about five years now and whilst it has seen a few changes it has remained basically the same. It is a CC front with a FR rear 'cos I'm a big bloke.
An annoying creaky click was really getting me down and I eventually traced it to the main pivot by the BB. And lo and behold, there are two grub screws set in the frame at the rear of the base of the seat-tube. A tweak with an Allen key and the noise has gone. Happy Ambrose.
