One of the grubscrews heads has rounded when I've removed it. I emailed nicolai uk last week, but haven't heard anything. Anyone know the spec?

Bad tools!
I assume you're talking about the one above the BB....They ain't nothing special in terms of size or thread and they don't need doing up that tight either. Simon@NicolaiUK will be along shortly to confirm.

It was the one in the shock link. Bizarrely when it did come out, it would only thread in over, not outwards (I managed to remove main bolt 1st)

Oooh do you mean the locking one that goes in the trumpet looking thing?
Stop me if I'm getting technical.
Again, nowt special. Take it to an iron mongers/engineering place.
