I test rode one yesterday and loved it, but there's a big price difference between the build options. I wasn't too impressed with the Fox Alp fork, didn't seem very compliant (obviously I could play with the setup given more time). Which build did you go for, and what do you think of it ?
I used my spesh rock hopper pro as the donor bike for my nickel went with fox float forks from santa cruz 130 mm travel not cartridge Fit. but i did go for an RP23 now fox do different weights of RP23 (as pointed out to me by mojo) the nickel comes with the light which they said was not ideal for me as im 14 stone the medium would have been better for me, also went Chris king headset, hope btm bracket .
really pleased with the nickel but it is my first full suspension bike so nothing to compare it to .
we've got a Med ex demo for sale....
