I'm thinking of organising my man cave a bit better and looking at decent toolboxes....something like a 13 drawer sealed, which can be had on the bay for about £100...are there any experiences with these or similar - would want it to come with ready lined drawers and budget is around £100....

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SEALEY-Tool-Chest-Box-Black-9-Drawer-AP2509B-BRAND-NEW-/261252605927?pt=UK_Garage_Equipment_Tools_Tool_Boxes_Storage&hash=item3cd3de67e7

Is a good buy

Couldnt see the 13 drawer one you mentioned - link maybe ?

Avoid the ones that look like
http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_991989_langId_-1_categoryId_255214

These are smaller than you think and non compatible with any of the mid or bigger rollcab sections.

The sealey i have linked is pretty kuch identical to clarke and halfords professional - andi believe us pro toolboxes so as you get need more space you can add the roll cab and the mid box.....

Then you get to the stage im at where im consideing a us tools 72" cab to replace my workbench......

It was one like this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SEALEY-AP2200BB-TOOL-CHEST-TOP-BOX-AND-ROLLCAB-STORAGE-UNIT-ROLLING-TOOL-CABINET-/151031012057?pt=UK_Garage_Equipment_Tools_Tool_Boxes_Storage&hash=item232a265ad9

I found some before Christmas with the drawers in the topbox split, to give 13 drawers in total....

Gven the measurements and they both have ball bearing slides -even down to the rivet details- that toolbox is the same as the halfords link in my post im sure of it...although the halfords one has the split drawers.

They are ok as a standalone unit and if you can live with that then they are ok.

Id save my 20 quid and get the halfords one though.
