[#12897598]

New Gym Bike Day for Mrsstu today.
Had been looking for a while for something suitable second hand but nothing really came up locally.
Then after someone one here pointed this out in the CRC sale she ordered it.
Bargain at 270 squids and hopefully not going to draw any attention from the local scrotes when it's locked to a railing outside the gym.
The three speed hub feels like it's geared just about right for the flats and hill on the way back from town.
Brakes feel terrible and it's frankly terrifying to ride after getting of my 62 degree head angled enduro bike. 🤣

I've included an indoor and outdoor picture so you can all insult our garden and lounge.😘

Maybe the other 2 pots are out of view, the deck looks bigger than pictured

I was reading the reviews of the derailleur gear one, and those mentioned the terrible brakes too. They look great apart from that.

TBF The brakes are starting to bed in a little after a few spins up and down the road so I think they'll be fine for doing what the bike is designed for.

I'm not an expert, but I think your fence might have gone out of plumb. 🤔

Cool bike. Minimal and purposeful.

Looks a bit like a posher Carrera subway. Should be ideal for a non flashy commuter assuming no real hills. What brakes are they?

Very smart. The fence however makes my teeth itch.

Cool. Garden needs a ‘Private Beach - No Bathing’ sign.

God dammit Kayak, only 9 hours to slow.

Would that be the back road into Peebles hill? My least favourite bit of single speeding the gypsy glen route.

I was thinking of getting one of these for rides accompanying Mrs Rock, canal banks, cycle tracks etc. looks ideal, and cheap. Then that fully loaded gravel comes up for £1100.  Overkill, will I gravel…..

But spec.
