[Closed] Next dropper post question...

Can't control my patience and wait til what little Summer we're having is over for the KS Lev to arrive in UK so going to go with a Reverb. But...

...The Yeti ASR5 doesn't have dropper cable guides and all the other cables/hoses run along the underside of the downtube so there's nothing to piggy back the dropper hose to. What solutions have other ASR5/others with bikes with similar issues come up with for hose routing?

Clearly, I could just wrap a bunch of cable ties around the toptube but that'd look crap...
