Mmmmm , I started this morning with a quick tool box tidy during which I spotted a frame in the coner of the garage. Then dug out three sets of forks ,stem,bars cranks and thought hooligan bike ! Ok so im short of a few bits but it wouldnt take much cash to have another(yes another) useable bike . What do you think and which option ?

Anyway the suns out so a short road ride to the bike shop maybe called for.

shorten the seatpost on the first pic and you'll have an ace rag about dh hardtail!
That's what I would do anyway!
the head angle with come back a little with a rear tyre fitted and set with some sag , I reckon.

Short travel option - still looks slack enough for fun 8)
none of them - it's an abomination.
Maybe this old frame would make a better option , perhaps with a two front ring set up .Mmmmmm
