[#3160225]

Finally got round to building up the stumpy frame i bought a couple of weeks ago.

used all the bits off my enduro frame so the forks are 150mm not 140mm as recommended by specialized.

first impressions are good, Ive only been round the lock on it but it feels a lot better than the enduro frame fitted with the spesh shock.

This one has a fox triad and it seems a lot better....

what do you think.................

The lacquer is a bit tatty in some areas but i thought i would ride it through the winter as it is and then get it stripped and coated in the spring.

cheers

steve

The pedals match the fly-agarics on the door step. Nice.

You ride to work on a mountain bike that good??? Better off getting a 100 quid hack bike and save wearing parts out on that commuting.

had a 10 stumpy comp bike (the matt black one) with the triad shock.twas a great bike (just too much travel for what i ride tbh) although i did cycle from devizes to bristol (on k & a towpath/cycleway) and back with no problems ๐Ÿ™‚ enjoy your bike ๐Ÿ™‚

Looks good, probably one of the only bikes where a layback doesn't look wrong and out of place.
