Over the last couple of years , I beleive Rockshox have come up with some improved internals in their forks.
Are any of these retro-fittable to older Pike Dual Air forks? If so, what bits?

You can fit the newer motion control units in, they just drop in the top. The best upgrade however would be dual-flow rebound but I'm not sure that those fit, since the rebound assembly is longer. Apparently some people have done it without issue but I don't know if it's foolproof. There are a few threads on the matter (Pike upgrading) in the recent past, have a search.
