Weekend away to Newcastleton soon, will be doing the signed stuff, just wondered if there are any hidden route gems we could head for. Oh, and any pubs/cafes to be visited?

Where are you staying? Great views from the tops of the Border's hills. May I suggest doing a ride up onto the tops by way of escaping the well trodden ways?
