The local A&E department are already on standby. Luckily they have all my details from the the year my New Year resolution was to start racing MX!

1) To ride coast to coast off road or Lands End to John O'Groats on the road.
2) To average at least 100 miles per week on the bike for 2010.
3) Learn to speak Spanish
4) Enjoy doing the above!
Chill out, keep the garage tidy so I can get to my bikes, ride more and be more organised
2010 = s010 (might as well).
