Is the latest model number M785?
Also, I have a rear IS frame mount and a fork post mount. If I opt for 180mm rotors back and front, do I just need a rear post to IS mount adaptor and not a front one?

Yes - M785.
It depends on what fork you have. Some forks will allow you to mount a 180mm rotor and caliper without an adaptor others will require one.

Sekto is the same chassis as the Revelation, which does need a PM to PM 180 adapter for my 180 rotors

As above think you can fit 160 post mount without an adapter but you need to for 180 & 200.
