I'm after a carbon hardtail XC bike. Thinking of the following:
Cube Reaction GTC Pro
GT Zaskar carbon
Ghost Lector 5800
Giant XTC Alliance (carbon/alu mix)
Vaguely interested in a Whippet but the offer version is SRAM/Avid and I really want XT/SLX.
Thoughts anyone??

Have you not tried contacting on-one about a component swap?
Too late - I thought the spec on the Cobe was much better and the deal I got was pretty good (£1150) inc full XT 10 sod, Fix F100RL Evo forks and nice Sun wheel set - I can't stand X9 (made of cheese in my experience)...
Will put a posting up once I've given the Cube a good ragging!
