Dont know much about spokes- can anyone point me in the right direction

Depends on what wheels are for, but double butted stainless is good for most situations

just go for aci double butted for general riding... straight guage if your dirt jumping

Don't know much about your riding, a bit more info wouldn't go amiss i.e. weight, type of riding etc.

Don't go plain gauge, they're not stronger. DT Competitions or Super Comps, or Revolutions if you want lighter weight.

Sapim butted spokes are much cheaper than DT .Spa Cycles in Harrogate do them 45p each and you dont need to buy a box of 100 either
