[#1447229]

I've been running some Bulbs/521CD wheels for a long, long time. They have been ultra reliable and very, very strong. I'm thinking of changing them for something a little lighter and maybe going tubeless (or having the option anyway) Any suggestions?

They have to be at least as strong, that is the only caveat, budget is not too much of an issue but nothing ultra bling for me..

In reference to the OP "budget is not too much of an issue" WTF are you on about shermer75?

Not really limited budget restrictions, light and strong is available. Hope Hoops, American Classic's, Mavics etc

Mine were built by Roger Musson when he still made wheels so they were not exactly cheap but they have lasted well. Modern equivalents seem to be around 400 (pro2/721). I'm wondering if I'm not going to see much difference unless I spend a fortune.
