[#8463388]

Hi all, new to the forum and thought I'd get on and see what it's all about. Just getting back into biking after a long time out and wanted a full suspension bike for the trails. Ended up getting a focus vice which rides well just wondering if anyone else on here has the same bike or any focus mtb?

Cheers
Kez

Welcome to the forum Kez ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you have a woodburner, fancy coffee machine, a predisposition for pointless arguments over the most trivial of things or a job in IT? If you can answer yes to any of them you'll fit right in ๐Ÿ˜‰

Not had a Focus, how are you getting on with it and what kind of trails are you riding?

This forum isn't about mountain bikes - see Exhibit A.

No wood burner! Prefer tea! And not a fan of computers! That me out then! Not called Louise but I like that cos you can't be too careful! Bike seems great only been out once so far to clumber park to get the fitness up but soon as I'm ready il hit sherwood pines on it. It's nice not to have a numb arse after a ride which I got on my hardtail bike

If you're around Clumber Park then you're close enough to the Peaks to go play there too...

If you stick around you'll discover STW has a certain style of humour (although I think some people are actually serious about not riding bikes and flouncing round their wood burners laughing at other people's gardening efforts while drinking expensive coffee...) ๐Ÿ˜€

laughing at other people's gardening efforts

This is actually a fair warning.

If you're going to post a picture of your bike,

Make sure you garden is perfect. I mean utterly perfect.
Valves and logos must be aligned.
In fact, we'll comment on almost anything. Apart from the bike.

A couple of good pointers for you.

Don't, whatever you do, use a well known term for a Chinese takeaway out of context. This will end badly for everybody.

Do not attempt to have a sane conversation with Chewkw. Many have tried and all have failed.

Other than that, this is the best forum on the interwebs and full of genuinely great people who rise to the occasion when needed. ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you wear shoes that look like orthopaedic footwear? If so you'll got on grand with the Captainflashheart.
