I've not seen any comments on this - 7" travel beast:

Looks useful.

Is that 29"?

just measured the height of my desk, 29", and it is an average height desk, those wheels do seem pretty big.unless that is a dwarves desk?

Yes it is. Not planning on putting into production though IIRC.

it is a trek, it can't be "niche"

not even if it is a 7" travel 29er Downhill bike, it still has gears and is a trek so fails. So of no interest to the niche meisters of STW.

Looks 29 unless those are 2.1 tyres.

Anyway has anyone told Specialized?

Is it wrong that I noticed the Mint Sauce poster in the background before the bike?

Why would they need to tell specialized?

Their patent is for the horst link pivot on the chainstay..

Treks pivot around the rear axle...

if it's a 29er the wheels will fold, that's what the guy in the LBS told me, can't go DH fast on them you see 😉

should I name and shame the LBS?

what rims are on it?

those carpet tiles are truly hideous and not matched up right.

isnt that frame mounting location a bit stupid? Since when is a vertical force in the middle of a horizontal tube transfer load well?

Looks like a proto that'll never make it past the proto stage.
