which ones are the right for "camelbak spares"?

The square ones with a centre 'tab' - Superstar do them.

Fit new ones to your bike, and put the old bedded in ones in your camelbak.
Then if you have to use them in emergency you are fitting a pair of pre-conditioned pads and don't have to bed them in on the trails.
