Im going to buy either some GR9 or GR7 shoes to replace my AM7 that ive killed. Does anyone know if they size the same?

for anyone looking. they are the same size as the AM7 they have replaced. Much comfier. Slightly lower ankle protection. Much better sole.
Not sure about the speed laces yet tbh.

Ah cheers, Mmm not sure about that. cant you just take that lot out when breaks and use laces?
