upgrading my decathlon triban 3,
Looking at either the giant Defy 0 or the Scott Speedster 10
both look good and have the same spec.
think I prefer the look of scott with internal rooting
opinions please.

Simple answer, though - Test them. Then buy the one you like best!
I'd take the Defy myself, as I love the ride position on a M/L and the handling is brilliant. But, you're not me. Which is lucky for you.
