My cycle of good old inner tube pocket pouch zip disintegrated today so now I need a new pouch for my phone and bank card/notes and a little extra space for stuff.

Any recommendations for a new one?

I’ve found the craft cadence ones are really good.

Ziplock sandwich/freezer bag...lasts for ages and keeps everything dry.

Thanks

I'm very annoyed that the zip bust without a lot of use. It's a really nice pouch with inner pockets.

I got it from Victory Chimp. To get a new zip fitted will probably cost more than a new one. ?‍♂️

Our velopac ones have had zip failure recently. I think the right corner radius and stuffing other stuff in them with the phone probably means failure is inevitable. Just replaced them with some muc off ones because they were cheapish. Fwiw, the camo one has a beefy zip and the flouro yellow one has a weedy/ waterproof-looking zip.

This is the beefy one;

Doesn't fit the biggest phones though.

Another Caddy Shack user here. Had it years & it’s still in great condition.

Velopac now do one which has a buckle and rolls up like a drybag so no zips to fail (something that has happened to me with all other pouch things).

RockBros one off ebay for a tenner. Slightly bigger than the velopac one which is nicer to get my larger phone and keys into.

I've used the velopac ones in the past. Got years out of it before it failed.

Also used a clear pencil case at one point too. Bought a 30cm one, cut and then sewed it to the right size for my phone.

Thin sliced or medium?
