It's time for a new pack to replace my Evoc 16cc. I'd like something just a bit smaller so probably looking at 10 litres. I've seen a lot of people recommend Osprey but which model? Is the Evoc 10cc any good? Camelbak Mule?

What would you recommend?

Probably around £75 max

looks quite good as it also has a back protector.

That's a good discount but I'm not after anything with back protection. The Osprey Raptor looks good but it appears to be discontinued?

Something by Osprey is a regular suggestion. I'm an osprey fan in general

I have a camelbak mule, found it fine so far. Bladder is good

I just got a larger mavic one. It's expensive and I haven't used it yet, but certainly looks the part. Much better to access things than the camelback I had, lots of pockets etc. Feels very stable, but I'll update tomorrow after I've used it...

I actually quite like the look of the Lobo, maybe 6 litres is all I need for local stuff as my 16 litre is still usable for longer days, just tatty.

Osprey look great but there's just so much choice and there's nowhere nearby that stocks them
