Guy on the hope video says don't do it but do we agree, should I just leave them be or is squirting some grease in there with a syringe a good idea?
There's no actual problem with BB I'm just waiting for parts in post so whilst the bike's in bits having a good old clean and service over the weekend.

my ceramic BB went a little tight , so a popped the seals off , cleaned the bearings and used a light grease . Have been doing that for about two years and they are still running super smooth .
