I'm currently looking for a new frame for xc/towpath commute use (rigid/100mm fork). The Merlin Malt 3 can be had for £156 delivered at the moment. Any alternatives, always fancied the on one inbred as i currently have a steel genesis but i'm struggling to justify the extra money.

The Inbred would be heavier than the Malt 3 I reckon. A Scandal would be a closer alternative and can be had for similar money when on offer or secondhand. Lovely light frame for the money.
Kinesis XC3 would be a lovely frame I reckon, although cheapest price seems to be £220 from a quick google.
