Fitting my new polymer friction free bushes and the black aluminium shaft is too tight to turn. Bummer! Any one with the same issue? I think they need to get a grip on tolerances.
Or is this normal?

Depends on what you mean by too tight, they will be a tight fit in there normally, not supposed to rotate freely if that's what you're expecting.
