I'm thinking of changing the Fox Float 120mm 32 on my Giant Trance.
It's the 2013 model which has never been brilliant.I have priced up having it upgraded to a FIT cartridge but this would work out over £300 (including a service)
The Trance X1 came with a Talas 120/140 so I though of replacing mine with a 140mm fork as it shouldn't mess with the geometry too much.
Any suggestions as to what I should replace it with (26" wheels)

Personally I'd try and get a pair of xfusion slants and set them at 140. Stiffer than revs with 34mm stanchions...and internally adjustable between 120-160.
