[#1871723]

Going down to the New Forest for a couple days next week from Monday. Staying at Ashurst.

Anyone got a off road route they would like to share ๐Ÿ™‚ Tracklogs/Memory Map or something like that.

Been looking at the map and it all seems a bit devoid of Prows and do they really hang you if you stray of a fire road ;-).

Any suggestion or info greatly appreciated.

(If I can hack my mate's online "stash")
I may be able to sort you out with a 17-22ish mile route that run from Ashurst, if that'd suit. It's not really the bit I know well so can't promise theyr'e the best available

That'll be great ๐Ÿ™‚ It dont have to be the best, it's for a day when I'm allowed out on my todd on the bike.

email sent, few to choose (all variations on a couple of themes I think)

road riding is also nice round the forest - just don't use the major A-roads; I could prob cobble you up a suggested route but frankly it'd be as easy just looking at a map (I'm no connoisseur of road rides)

If any bikers are in the Forest for 21st/22nd then why aren't they at the Big Bike Bash???

Cheaper that normal camping

An old Fordson at the Keepers Cottage near the Happy Cheese.

Hi redthunder. Try www.newforce.org.uk These guys will sort you out a decent ride. They have been known to frequent the Happy Cheese too!
