wow, impressive stuff, just got hold of a diablo for helmet light duties

and thought that tap technology would be a gimmick, how wrong was I!

its pretty amazing, change power modes, by simply just tapping your helmet! (as long as light is attached to mount and sturdy etc)

pretty incredible and you can choose the sensitivity of the tap even

maybe not the be all and end all on there bar mounted lights (although still better than pressing a button), but for helmet lighting its pretty genius and no more trying to find the button when your hooning down something at speed, especially if you forget to whack the output up

big thumbs up from me for exposure

What happens when a branch/twig clips your helmet?

or like mine last night, you lose your helmet bracket and it dangles down like a long black ear ring!!

thats the third mount ive lost in last 3 weeks, im going to try and adapt a plumbers tube pipe catch thingy which locks over

it needs a firm press, not just a branch catching it (you will understand if you use one).....

use the lanyard supplied, to stop the light coming off?

EDIT: read as light unit, but reading again you mean the mount itself
