New E-Thirteen 42t & 40t rear cogs

Dunno if this has been done yet, but E-thirteen have just announced their 40t & 42t cogs: http://bythehive.com/e-thirteen/components/extended-range-ex-cog/

So we now have Hope, Works Components, Wolf Tooth and E-Thirteen options. Are there any others I've missed, and are they all created equal or is any one better than the rest?

40t doesnt work with 11-36 cassettes, only 11-34

someone at shimano must be paying attention to all this- hurry up and make an 11-40 10 speed cassette!
