It is long. As I'm sure you know O-O's have long tt's. But with inline post, short stem (50mm) and seat forward it seems to fit her fine. Getting small frames isn't easy (Merlin 13" now reduced which have short tt, but were full price when I was looking).

Actually it needs drainage holes putting in then repainting :oops:- paint loss is where water collects behind and seeps through
