Was after a fun hardtail and the Dartmoor Hornet 2016 was on sale at slam69 so I picked one up in the awesome petrol painted finish!

I've stayed 26" for now as I couldn't afford new fork and wheels. Wasn't sure about 170mm on a HT but it's actually ok, doesn't feel odd or wandery at all but I've only ridden local easy trails so far. Will give it a proper go at Woburn soon to see how it goes.

I think it's gonna be really fun ๐Ÿ™‚ based on my ride today the geometry feels sorted for longer forks, in the past I didn't like anything above 120mm on a HT but this feels great. Nice to be back on a hardtail with modern geometry.

Schraeder valves are old school now?? I've been out the game longer than I thought!
