Where is best to helitape? Just rub points or whole frame? Iv normally just covered cable run points and added a chain stay protector.

The best stuff you can get. Far better than thick helitape that peels off easily.

'Copter tape on the underside of the downtube. I also add a chainstay protector on both seat stays as well, or maybe an old innertube wrapped around and zip-tied.

i also add a huge piece on the top of the top tube for when i swing my leg over the bike as not got a very long instep to just swing it over the seat and it means when i take my bag off i can balance on top tube without any issues.
